In 2003, Belly Dance branched out to Highland Park, Illinois and opened its online store, and additional expansion brought Belly Dance to New York City's trendy West Village neighborhood. In its next exciting step, Belly Dance acquired NOM - Naissance Maternity the cutting edge L.A. based maternity fashion line. Belly Dance has generated quite a buzz among expecting fashionistas in addition to receiving wide-ranging media interest, including best maternity store in Chicago Magazine, exposure in national magazines such as ePregnancy, InStyle, Us Weekly, and Life and Style, and numerous television appearances.
