Pregnancy Awareness Month, declared and founded by Alisa Donner and Anna Getty, started off it’s third year with the “Celebrating Motherhood & Mother Earth” Kick Off Event. Held this past May in LA, the event included activities such as a book signing, panel discussions with experts in the field, live musical performances, and a maternity fashion show. NOM, Belly Dance’s own line was featured during the fashion show and it was a hit! Featured were NOM’s Angelina Print Babydoll Top, Giselle Dress, Sophie Dress and Sabrina Tie Dye Tunic.
