Ordering By Phone

We understand that shopping for maternity clothes can be confusing. If you have questions about styles or sizing, we welcome you to contact us at (888) 802-1133. In addition, we have many items in our stores that are not on the website, so we may be able to suggest alternatives to what is shown on our website.

Sizing

Often, the size you should order is the same size that you were before you were pregnant. However, all of our designers fit differently, and we strongly recommend that you read the product information provided. In this way, you can learn more about the sizes of the specific items you are looking at as you shop. In addition, please feel free to call us with any sizing questions.

Availability

We try to keep the site updated with availability. However, sometimes we sell out of an item on the day that you place your order. For this reason, Belly Dance cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Once we receive your order, we will notify you via email if you have ordered an item that is not currently available or that is on backorder.

Shipping

We ship using UPS with standard ground service (5 to 7 business days), within 24 hours of your order. Customers have the option to expedite orders with three day or overnight shipping for an additional charge. All weekday orders (including requests for overnight) received after 1 pm CST will not be processed until the following business day. Orders can be expedited if placed Monday - Friday prior to 1 pm CST. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following week. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

International Shipping

International delivery to over 60 countries. International orders are not guaranteed to ship the next business day due to additional verification that is often necessary.

Currently shipping to Canada is $45, and to most other countries is $60. This is for 10-14 business days, and does not include customs charges imposed by individual countries. Please understand that Belly Dance cannot be responsible for additional customs costs incurred.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Within 21 days of purchase, we accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items that are unworn with original tags for full refund to your credit card, minus shipping charges.

All returns must be postmarked within 21 days. Returns sent after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. Belly Dance does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

Belly Dance Maternity is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. We suggest insuring all returns. Belly Dance Maternity is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return policy.

Please note that sale items can be returned for online store credit only. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Belly Dance will email a code to be used toward your next online purchase. Underwear and Bella Band sales are final. Swimwear returns must have intact hygienic liner.

Belly Dance Outlet sales are FINAL SALE - no exceptions.

Tracking an Order

Once you have completed an order, we will email you a link that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that link and your tracking number, you can go to UPS to track your order.

Sales Tax

7.5% sales tax applies to Illinois customers only.

Gift Certificates

Belly Dance Maternity offers both online or in store gift certificates. These can be purchased online or by phone at (888) 802-1133. Belly Dance will email online gift certificates to recipients with a code to be redeemed online, and we will send in store gift certificates to customers who will be shopping in one of our Chicago-area stores.

Our goal is to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website is completely free of human or technological errors. This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and some information may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions -- including after an order has been submitted -- and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this may cause.

We collect customer information for the purposes of customer service, shipping orders, and sending promotional information, such as sales and new arrivals if customers should choose to receive our emails. We do not sell customer information to any third party.

If you choose to receive Belly Dance Materntiy emails, we will always provide you the option to opt-out and discontinue receiving information from us.

Belly Dance Maternity processes credit cards using SSL to ensure secure transactions and protect against credit card misuse.
